General information
The generic Android browsers OFTEN FAIL with secure web pages and PDF downloads. The Opera, Firefox and Puffin browsers have worked on some Android devices.
The Adobe Reader for mobile is needed to view PDF portfolios and is not available in all apps stores.
Kindle Fire HD (Android)
The generic web browser fails with PDF downloads from secure web pages.
Subscribers should install the Amazon Cloud Drive to their PC/Mac and the Adobe Reader from the Apps Store to their Kindle.
From eBreviary, subscribers should download a weekly PDF portfolio to their PC/Mac and copy it to the Amazon Cloud Drive. The PDF portfolio will be available in Docs > Uploads on the Kindle Fire HD for viewing with the Adobe Reader.

Subscribers can download eBreviary's smaller weekly zip files to a PC/Mac and then send them by email to the subscriber's name@free.kindle.com.
The PDFs are easy to read in landscape. If the email has "convert" in the subject line, the PDFs are converted to Kindle format and are easy to read in portrait.
Nook Color (Android)
The generic web browser fails with PDF downloads from secure web pages. The Puffin free web browser from the apps store works with the current hour prayer links.
The generic Reader and Quickoffice Lite work with the current hour prayer links. The Adobe Reader for Mobile is needed to view PDF portfolios and is not available in the apps store.
